Just a quick post today to show you my eyebrow piercing. It is healing well so far and my hair covers it very effectively at work so only one comment so far (from a teen girl who had recently gotten her nose pierced and so was probably more conscious of other peoples' facial piercings). I like it, and after it heals I look forward to having some different bars to put in. :)

Envy! I'd like to have one so bad. Is this DIY or from a professional?
ReplyDeleteI got this at a local tattoo/piercing place. They only charged about $20 to do it so I figured that was reasonable. It is healing up quite well during the second week now and I think my body won't reject it. It takes about 6-8 weeks to fully heal I think so we shall see!
DeleteVery nice! I had my eyebrow pierced for awhile. Then one time I lost the captive bead and just had the loop in it (this was back before there were a lot of options in body jewelry). Anyway, I was laying on a carpeted floor and the ring got stuck in the carpet. It took FOREVER to un-hook myself. That's when I decided to take out the eyebrow piercing. LOL. Looks great on you. Just don't go putting your face near any carpets. KIDDING!! :) Really, it looks very nice. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteI never thought about coming into contact with carpet to be honest lol! I was just worried about hats and stuff :P I shall watch out for ninja carpet that wants to attack my face! ;) Thanks!
Deletei like it! hope it wont grow out and you will find a pretty jewelry to replace the medical one with :-D.
ReplyDeleteThank you! ^_^
DeleteMy eyebrow was my first piercing! It looks great on you. I really miss having piercings sometimes.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Did you have to take yours out for work? I'm hoping that my hair hiding it etc. will make it easier for people to accept wherever I happen to end up working full time someday so that I won't have to remove it...
DeleteIt looks great! How convenient that it can easily be hidden by hair for work. I'm jealous of your new piercing because I finally just took out my cartilage piercing (too much trouble; I got sick of it after 15 years!).
ReplyDeleteI've probably said this before, but I love your bow necklace!
Thank you :) I really like it and I hope I can keep it in for a long time. ^_^ I got the bow at Claires but it would be so easy to make, I am thinking about doing a couple myself with other color ribbons.
